By registering for MLT classes you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your classroom registration with written notice by fax 262-754-8020 or email registration@masterlinktraining.com 15 business days before the scheduled class date. A $50.00 administrative fee will be subtracted from your refund.  You may choose not to receive this refund and attend, for no additional fee, the same class if it is held again within 6 months of the date of the cancelled class. No refund will be issued if cancellation is received with less than 15 business days notice.

MLT/Instructing Technologies, also known as MasterLink Training LLC, (MLT) reserves the right to cancel any class. You will be notified and an attempt will be made to reschedule. You will receive a full refund of the class fee if we cannot reschedule at a time acceptable. MLT is not responsible for any other costs incurred.

Payment Terms:
Payment is due net 30 from invoice date but no later than the start date of the class.

Confidentiality:
You, as a representative of your organization, and MLT agree not to make public any information concerning each others clients, products, methods of doing business, organization, financial information or other information not in the public domain. Manuals or other materials provided in connection with the class, whether or not copyrighted are for the sole use of the class registrant and must not be copied or otherwise used, except exclusively by the registrant.

Indemnification:
You agree to hold MLT and its officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, and affiliates free of any liability, claim or expense, including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with this agreement, except attributable to the negligence or willful misconduct of MLT

Arbitration:
Any controversy, dispute or claim relating to this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, provided that the arbitrator shall no have no authority to award punitive damages..

Governing Law:
The laws of the State of Wisconsin shall govern these Terms and Conditions.
