Only training students from your organization are present in a private group class. This allows for an open discussion of how the concepts that are taught in class relate to the specific IT environment of your organization. If you send your staff to different companies for training, they will have different background and reference materials.

MLT will tailor the class to your specific needs and focus on what your people need to know. We will arrange a pre-course conference call with your instructor to ensure course content is aligned with your training objectives.
Shorter duration classes
You may have IT professionals with some knowledge of a particular technology who don't need a full 5-day course. In this case, we offer our clients "Technology Primers" and eliminate topics they already know, reducing the amount of training time from 5 days to 1 or even 1/2 day. Reduced course time means lower costs for you and less time away from the office for your staff.
Choice of location
Private Classes may be held at MLT location or at your location if you have a dedicated classroom facility and the necessary equipment to meet the setup specifications for the class.
