We offer an array of IT training options and choices in and outside the classroom that fits the needs of each and every individual client. It is no wonder that MLT is a "Technology Training Leader".
Our History
MasterLink Training, LLC (MLT) began offering training to clients in 2001 as part of MasterLink Corporation. At that time, we offered Certified Cisco Training through a partnership with Skyline Computers. Since then, the company has undergone significant growth.
In 2004, we partnered with Global Knowledge to offer Certified Cisco Training, became an authorized training center for Check Point, and added a new type of training program called "Technology Primers." These half-, one- and two-day classes provide our clients with a less expensive and time-consuming way to learn or upgrade their skills with a highly trained engineer/instructor. Some of the primers we offer include Basic & Advanced Wireless, IP Communications, PIX Firewall, CCSP, Preparing for VoIP, ISP Redundancy, IPS, IOS, VPN, AirMagnet, Network Management and CallManager Administration.
In 2005 we expanded our offering to include applications/desktop training on the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, SharePoint and SurfControl. In February 2006, the training division of MasterLink Corporation separated and became MLT, a woman-owned company. We are Microsoft CPLS certfied, therefor we are qualified to offer a certified Microsoft curriculum. We have also added training for Crystal Reports, QuickBooks, CompTIA CTT+ Certified Technical Trainer, and Desktop Coaching. Desktop Coaching is offered on a one-one-one basis for clients who need some specific help or "knowledge transfer" on an hourly rate.
Our instructors are highly trained and certified, and consistently receive high marks from our clients. In addition to quality, expertise and variety, our most valuable asset is flexibility. We regularly arrange our schedules around our clients' - if they require training that we don't offer, we will try to find it for them. We run our classes with a very minimal number of students - sometimes as low as two. And we don't "disappear" once the class is over; we encourage students to call our instructors with questions and comments.
Our goal is to establish long-term relationships with all our clients, because they are the best advertisement and source of new business that we have.
